Organizational transformation, innovation and new business models have been some of the hallmarks of my career. I’ve sat in the Ivory Tower, setting strategy on the Executive Floors of 30 Rock, Hearst Tower and other iconic symbols of old power and wealth. And I’ve been in the trenches building from the ground up with talented, venture-backed startup founders and CEOs across Tel Aviv, New York, Los Angeles and London.

The Beehive is a 13-week attunement container for women as we collectively step into the seat of our power in business and in life 💫
The order of every beehive is held by the Queen Bee. Her frequency is the code that keeps the hive flourishing, and if anything were to happen to her, the hive ceases to exist. Our world is aching for feminine strength and leadership ~ this is an opportunity to tune in and tune up so that you can order an entire hive, aka the ecosystems you operate in.
Along with the shamanic wisdom of the bees, our container will be held by four primary. principles. Each on their own represents a gift, and when they come together, they represent a unique medley that will be the foreground for our transformation and BEEING together. These principles are: PLAY, EMPOWERMENT, GROWTH, & HOMECOMING. They will accompany us throughout the program.
The crux of our experience will be about attunement, and, through attuning, we experience a newfound integration & harmony inside ourselves. As our personal embodiments are centered, there is a natural realignment happening that enables extraordinary magic to transpire in and around us. The BEEHIVE’s Fall Semester kicks off in late September. Our core themes remain similar, and new material is introduced across our 6 sessions to honor the quality of time and collective shifts we’re living through.
Month 1: Surrender vs. Sovereignty - balancing masculine & feminine power ❤️🔥
Month 2: Intuition as the True Algorithm - using discernment to make aligned choices 💆♀️
Month 3: Entering the Queendom - moving from the Wounded Maiden/Damsel program into our Queendom 👑
The BEEHIVE integrates feminine wisdom practices, such as Tarot and Astrology, with more masculine structures and skills, to birth a more holistic approach to life and business. All sessions are recorded and available for replay.

I have been advising executives from the C-Suite of Global Media to Founder/CEOs of tech/media/wellness startups for over a decade. Now, in my seventh year since departing from the Corporate World, my understanding of energetics allows me to share about my advisory process in new words.
I work with individuals when I can connect with their vision for success and when I see a path towards meaningful impact and transformation together. My process centers on being able to connect to someone’s vision in a way that illuminates it more fully (accessing the “highest timeline”), adding to the vision itself and starting to build the scaffolding around it with them so that the vision may be implemented in a way that feels aligned and authentic to the new systems of power being born in the World.
In addition to holding the vision of success, together we address and clear relevant obstacles (fears, limiting beliefs, old paradigms, stuck or distorted energy) that stand in the way of making the highest timeline a reality.
