Meet Maxine

I climbed the ladder at a young age. As a child of immigrants who fled their homeland in the Middle East, I am the first in my lineage to be born in the West. Raised with an immigrant mentality and the hustle culture of New York City as our backdrop, I learned how to master the power structures and institutions of our time. By the age of 25 I had an MBA from Harvard Business School, and by 28 I was one of the youngest Vice Presidents with a massive purview at NBCUniversal, a world-renowned media empire. I worked alongside some of the most powerful leaders in TV and digital media, and collaborated with executives at the tops of the advertising and tech industries. Over time, I became disillusioned by what I experienced at the tops of these institutions, and decided to resign. Once I left, I realized just how burnt out I had been. My intention for greater clarity, purpose and balance in my life gave way to a year of tremendous uncertainty, growth and awakening.

The next five years represented a sort of hermitage for me, entering the chrysalis of a new life and timeline as I unknowingly embarked on a profound metamorphosis. I moved to Tel Aviv for love, and started advising Founder/CEOs of venture-backed startups by day while exploring different healing modalities by night. I studied Jungian psychology, astral meditation using the chakra system, and ancestral healing. Two and a half years into building a new life in Israel, I felt a strong urge to return to the United States, and to fulfill a long-held dream of moving to Los Angeles.

These last two+ years in the City of Angels have been a period of immense integration. I dove several layers deeper into ancestral healing, studied shamanic dreamwork, became initiated in Tarot, and ultimately received the wand my inner wizard had been searching for when I completed a certification program in Archetypal Astrology via Pacifica Graduate Institute. I began to integrate my spirituality by offering group containers for women to connect with the Divine Feminine on their own journeys of becoming. I guided men and women into the seat of their power, as we communally explored accessing higher timelines for self and humanity. Two new teachers arrived in the form of plant allies ~ the heart-opening medicine of Cacao, and the ancient, Queen of all flowers, the Rose ~ who accompany me in many of my practices today.

Now that my inner wizard is armed with her wand 🪄, and as the Age of Aquarius falls increasingly upon us, the time felt ripe to begin offering my services more publicly. The dynamic nature of my offerings are a reflection of the multiplicity inside myself. There is a thread that weaves through all of them, which is the frequency of my being. The deeper I have gone into this work, the more undeniable that this frequency is everything.

Some months ago in a ceremony our facilitator shared a favorite word she learned when working with a native tribe in South America ~ Chaltumay

Commonly used as a greeting, it means:

How sacred it is to be alive in the same time as you,

So that we may walk this path together. ❤️‍🔥
